WELCOME,
I've spent my whole career thus far at the meeting point between sales technology and sales training. From being an SDR hammering out 70 calls a day to designing sales enablement platforms, my meanderings have spanned a very wide range.
I believe we're moving into a world where the individual will have more influence over their own destiny than at any point before. I'm a millennial and we are a group no longer "up and coming"... we're here. We're taking up leadership roles and calling the shots. We've learned what works and what doesn't and we don't shy away from sharing those opinions; I'm no exception.

I casually used the term "self enablement" a while back with a sales professor in the US and he went wild. He told me to buy the domain immediately, so I did. So here it is. It started as a place for content that's (hopefully) informative, helpful and encouraging for a more self-determined future. Perhaps a concept only for the curious, I want to promote the idea of an individual taking control of their own development. The lean is heavily towards sales but lets see how this goes, and if we can branch out into all disciplines with input from respective experts.
